Template

Here, a template can be created with agenda items which can be used during the creation of a meeting.

Click the button [Organizations]. You now see an overview of organizations of which you are part of.
Click the pencil behind the name of the organization. You now see a summary of the organization.

Click the button [Template]. You now see an overview of the templates of the corresponding organization.
To add a template you click the button [+New template].

In the section “General information”, first the name of the template needs to be entered at “Title”.
Enter behind “Title” the name and click [Save], the template now has been created.

In the section “Agenda items” now the agenda items can be added.
Click on [+New agenda item] to add an agenda item.

The section agenda item is now shown. Enter with title the name of the agenda point.
Optionally,  you can add an explanation to the agenda item and click [Save].

After saving you do return in the summary of the template. Optionally you can enter more agenda items in the same manner.
Click in the summary of the template [Save] to save the template.

In the summary of the template, optionally the order of agenda items can be modified with the help of the triangles up and down.
To modify an agenda point the pencil needs to be clicked. By clicking the trash can, the corresponding agenda item is removed.
