Petear - paperless meetings


At the documents you can add annotations. This is also possible in Petear. This functionality is hosted in a button bar which is at the right of an opened meeting piece and has five buttons which will be explained in the next chapters:


Share annotations

Just like notes also annotations can be shared with other participants. You can indicate with which participants the annotations need to be shared.


Open a meeting an open an agenda item by clicking on it.
Open the meeting piece by clicking the name of the meeting piece.


Click “Share annotations” and put a tick behind each participant where the annotations need to be shared with.
Next, click “Save” to apply the changes and to return to the document.
