Klik op [Click on [Meetings], search for the right meeting and open it.
Click in the white area under [My notes]. You can make notes now.

When you are done making notes, click [Save].
It is also possible to create notes with agenda items.

Click on [Meetings], search for the right meeting and open it.
Click on the agenda item which you do want to provide with notes.

Click in the white area beneath [My meetings].
Now you can make notes. When done, click [Save].
The size of the note window can be modified in three ways. It can be hidden in total by clicking the arrow behind “My meetings”. It can be stretched and fill the whole screen.

Click the triangle of the gray dots in the white block beneath [My meetings]
Keep the mouse button pressed and move the mouse below.

When the desired size is reached, release the mouse button.

Click the 'two squares' behind 'My notes'. The screen is filled with the notes window.
The size of this screen can be modified by clicking the triangle (with gray dots) at the bottom of the window.

Do this by keeping your mouse button pressed and drag it with the mouse.
When done with creating notes, click [Done]. Next, click [Save].
Notes that have been created can be shared with other participants and notes of other participants can be read if they are shared. Both meeting notes and agenda item notes can be shared in the same way.
Before sharing notes, they need to be saved first. In order to read shared notes, the tab [Shared notes] needs to be clicked.

To share notes, click [Share notes].
Put a 'tick' behind the participant(s) where you do want to share the notes with.

Click “Save” to save the made notes and to return to the meeting.
Click “Cancel” to return to the meeting without saving.
Sharing notes can be disabled by removing the 'tick' behind one or more participants and select “Save” again.
Notes
Notes can be created at two places, in the screen of the meeting and in the overview of each agenda item.
