Open a meeting an open an agenda item by clicking on it.
Open the meeting piece by clicking the name of the meeting piece.

Click “Share annotations” and put a tick behind each participant where the annotations need to be shared with.
Click “Save” to apply the changes and to return to the document.
Annotations
At the documents you can add annotations. This is also possible in Petear. This functionality is hosted in a button bar which is at the right of an opened meeting piece and has five buttons which will be explained in the next chapters:
Share annotations
Just like notes also annotations can be shared with other participants.
You can indicate with which participants the annotations need to be shared.
