Administrator

An administrator had the management over organization related parts which have to be controlled at an organizational level. Examples are: adjudging roles, managing the organization address book and managing the organization details.

The role of administrator cannot be assigned if this person had the role of Manager. In this case, the role of Manager needs to be deleted.

Click the button [Organizations]. You now see the summary of organizations of which you are part of.
Now click on the pencil behind the organisation. You will see a summary of that organisation.

Click the button [Admins]. You now see the summary of administrators of the corresponding organization.
To add an administrator, click in the white bar “Search person”.

Type the name of the desired administrator, select the name when the correct name appears.
The administrator has been added. Now click the button [Save] to save the change.

Remove administrator

To remove an administrator, click the “minus” before the name of the administrator who is to be removed. The administrator will be removed immediately from the list. Subsequently click the button [Save] to save the change.
