Click the button [Organizations]. You now do see a summary of organizations of which you are member of.
Click the pencil which is behind de name of an organization. You now see a summary of an organization.

Click the button [Address book]. This address book as the same look as the address book of participants.
The address book also acts the same. You do read here how to add contacts.
Address book
This organization address book can be used by every organization member for inviting participants to a meeting. By entering names of participants Petear check, beside the address book of the person creating the meeting, also the address book of the organization.
The contacts added in the organisation address book are not visible in the participants address book. In the participants address book only contacts that are added by the participant are visible. Only administrators can make changes to the organisation address book.
